At Earth Yoga NYC, we are passionate about the integrity of our practice. We offer a variety of Heated and Non-Heated Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Restorative, and Gentle Flow Classes, taught by some of the most well-renowned instructors in New York City, and throughout the country. Our philosophy is simple “Yoga for All”, therefore classes are inclusive with modifications that suit every level of practitioner

Hot Morning Power Flow

A moderate Vinyasa Flow honoring our students’ energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and invigorate the body, leaving class feeling ready to start the day. Modifications offered for all levels of practice.

Hot Power Vinyasa PM

A dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow students to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom for a higher state of consciousness. Modifications offered for all levels of practice.

Vinyasa Flow (Hot)

Beautifully curated postures that join physical movement with the breath, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice, opening students up to go deeper into the asanas (poses). Modifications offered for all levels of practice.

All Level Flow (Non-Hot)

All level flow encourages students to follow the breath as the class glides through a series of warming stretches, sun salutations, standing, and balancing postures. Modifications offered for all levels of practice.

Yin Yoga

Yin invites students to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This class is slower paced floor work where students hold asanas (poses) for up to 5 minutes, using props to create comfort.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening our client’s bodies through passive stretching. During long holds, student’s muscles are encouraged to deeply unwind, while using props to support the body for maximum relaxation.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a high intensity, dynamic class, that incorporates cardio and body resistance into regular yoga poses, in order to get the heart pumping, while strengthening major muscle groups. The room will be gently heated to add additional detoxification.⁠
