Yoga for Teens

Earth Yoga NYC is proud to offer our Yoga for Teens program.  We’ve specifically curated this series to encourage healthy habits in teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17, focusing on movement, mindfulness and nutrition.

 

Teens will not only reap the physical benefits of our programs, but also learn techniques to cope with the unique issues they encounter in everyday life, such as body insecurity, pressure from social media and peers to fit into a specific mold, stressful schedules, and planning for the future.
